The Universities provide a generous annual leave allowance for all staff.
Academic staff members will receive 35 days annual leave (pro rata).
Professional Services staff members’ annual leave entitlement is dependent upon their length of service.
Those with fewer than five years’ service will receive 25 days (pro rata), which rises to 30 days (pro rata) after five years’ service.
On top of annual leave entitlements and bank holidays, we also offer a number of university closed days throughout the year, which include a Christmas/New Year closure.
The Universities operate schemes for staff. Pension registration is automatic for all eligible employees. Any queries on pensions can be sent to Payroll.
